✨ Arriving and Settling In
In-person sessions
Before the session, wear comfortable clothes and arrive a few minutes early. You’re welcome to bring anything meaningful with you — a crystal you love, your journal, or simply yourself. When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calm and quiet space where you can fully relax.
I’ll invite you to share anything you’d like me to know — such as current challenges, emotional states, or areas you’d like to focus on. This is never required, but it often helps clarify the intention for the session.
You’ll then lie down comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed, with a blanket if you’d like. All you need to do is close your eyes, breathe, and allow yourself to receive.
Remote sessions
For remote Reiki, you can remain in the comfort of your own home. Before the session, choose a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. You may lie down or sit comfortably — whatever feels best for your body.
We usually connect briefly at the beginning (via Zoom or message) to check in and set an intention together. After that, the healing takes place offline. Your role is the same as in person: rest, relax, and receive.
✨ Opening the Space
Before starting, I open the healing space by connecting with Reiki energy and inviting in supportive spiritual allies — guides, elements, and my healing team. I may use a shamanic rattle to clear stagnant energies and establish a strong energetic container.
This process is the same for both in-person and remote sessions. Reiki is not bound by time or space — the intention and presence create the connection.
✨ The Flow of Reiki
As the session begins, Reiki energy flows where it’s needed most. In person, I place my hands lightly on or above certain points of the body; in remote sessions, I work with your energy field from afar with the same care and focus.
Many people experience sensations such as:
warmth or tingling
gentle waves of energy
a deep sense of calm
emotions rising to the surface for release
Everyone’s experience is unique. There is no right or wrong way to feel — and even if you don’t notice strong physical sensations, Reiki is still working on subtle and deeper levels.
✨ Shamanic Support & Deeper Healing
In my practice, Reiki is woven together with shamanic elements. If I sense a trigger area — a place in the body or energy field calling for attention — I connect with it intuitively and transcendently.
This often reveals whether the root of an imbalance is karmic, ancestral, or connected to a life pattern. Through this approach, healing can occur not only on the surface, but also at the deeper cause — whether the session is in person or remote.
✨ Closing the Session
Toward the end, I gently seal the energy and close the space, thanking the spiritual team for their support.
In person, you’ll have a few quiet moments to return fully to your body before we reflect together.
For remote sessions, you’ll receive a voice message or follow-up sharing any insights, impressions, or guidance that came through during the healing.
✨ After Your First Session
Most people feel lighter, calmer, and more centered afterward. Sometimes emotions, memories, or realizations may surface in the hours or days following the session — this is simply your system continuing to release and rebalance.
I always recommend drinking plenty of water, resting when needed, and giving yourself space to integrate the experience.
✨ Final Thoughts
Your first Reiki session — whether in person or remote — is the beginning of a gentle yet profound journey. Reiki meets you exactly where you are: for stress relief, emotional healing, nervous system regulation, or a deeper connection with Spirit.
All you need to do is arrive with an open heart.
The energy will take care of the rest.
